Netflix has released new data showcasing its most viewed movies and series, measured by total viewing hours. This marks a shift from its previous metric of household views. The updated data offers a fresh perspective on what Netflix's global audience is watching the most.

The series "Squid Game: Season 1" leads the pack with a staggering 1.6 billion hours viewed, setting a high benchmark for other shows on the platform. Following "Squid Game," "Bridgerton: Season 1" has accumulated 625 million hours, while "Money Heist: Part 4" is close behind with 619 million hours of viewing time. Other notable series include "Stranger Things 3" with 582 million hours and "The Witcher: Season 1" with 541 million hours. "13 Reasons Why: Season 2" also makes the list with 496 million hours, reflecting its strong appeal among viewers.
